I sorta love the denim shoes!!!! and the miniature chairs and cork table, so cute!!! why is it that tiny things are adorbable always!?!?
ReplyDeleteThe denim shoes are awesome, but something tells me I am not near crafty enough to make them.
ReplyDeleteI know, I want someone else to make them for me!
DeleteBack when Macy's had a fabric department, and there were stores for knitters, I used to make most of my clothes. The increasing unavailability of raw materials and lack of spare time have ended that pastime, and life is duller for it.
ReplyDeleteThe seat cover woven from ties reminds me of a skirt I made a while back. I took a bunch of men's ties, which are obviously narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, so when you sew them together along the length, it flairs out. Really easy, and completely unique.
ReplyDeleteI always wanted to do that with my tie collection (the patterns are so beautiful I can't help picking them up in thrift stores), but I absolutely positively cannot sew. So I hang them in a row on hangers instead. I would love to see a pic of your skirt.
DeleteAnything denim is awesome!
ReplyDeletepretty much!
DeleteI love the champagne cork and wire chairs! I have seen coasters made out of wine corks, but this is really cute. Perhaps a good gift, but it doesn't have a purpose other than aesthetics.
